Founder & Trial Attorney
K. Thomas Cantley is a trial and appellate attorney with more than a decade of experience in Colorado courtrooms, including more than 30 jury trials. He has helped clients recover millions through settlements and trial verdicts and has also successfully overturned adverse outcomes on appeal.
Raised around the construction and design industries, Mr. Cantley developed an early understanding of the issues that often affect property owners, builders, and related professionals. He earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law after completing a degree in Philosophy from Boston University.
He began his legal career as a public defender, where he handled high-stakes criminal matters, including homicide cases, and fought for clients facing serious allegations. That early trial experience helped shape the strategic, courtroom-focused approach he brings to litigation today.
