Trial Attorney
Mr. Cantley is a trial and appellate attorney with over a decade of experience in Colorado courtrooms, including more than 30 jury trials. He has helped clients recover millions through settlements and trial verdicts and has successfully overturned adverse outcomes on appeal.
Raised around the construction and design industries, Thomas developed a passion for law and earned his degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, following a Philosophy degree from Boston University. He began his career as a public defender, trying high-stakes cases like homicide and securing justice for wrongfully accused clients.
In private practice, Thomas gained extensive experience in construction and design litigation, handling multimillion-dollar claims for businesses, HOAs, and homeowners. He founded Cantley Law in 2024 to deliver exceptional legal advocacy to property owners, combining his industry knowledge and dedication to protecting property value.
Outside the office, Thomas enjoys traveling, food, and outdoor adventures with his wife.
